To alleviate the burden of rising shipping costs on our customers, we have restructured our system to enable those living outside Japan to receive items purchased from our online shop by using "tenso.com" or other overseas forwarding services.
Please note that our store will no longer ship internationally.

[Important: Notice to customers using overseas forwarding or proxy purchasing services]
We do not conduct inspections or issue documentation required to meet overseas safety standards (such as those of the US CPSC).
If products are shipped overseas (particularly to the US) via forwarding services, issues such as shipment holds, confiscation, or forced returns by customs authorities may occur due to local regulations (including the CPSC’s mandatory electronic filing requirement effective July 2026).
Please note that our store cannot be held liable for any delivery issues or customs clearance failures (such cases are not eligible for refunds or reshipment).
